Becky Alter is an indie singer and multi-instrumentalist who has gained attention and recognition for her vocals and style. Fans have described her as "lead crystal". The self-titled debut is a collection of smooth and soulful vocals, indie style, blues, rock, and instrumental. All original works, the release includes fan favorites, “Rendezvous” and “Broken Hearted Blue”. The closing track, "Why", hints of a classical background and inclination to cross-defy genres. Finalist for the New Mexico Music Awards 2012, “Nana’s Lullaby” was nominated for Best folk/traditional song. Recorded live at Santa Fe Center Studios in NM. All instrumentation and vocals were written and performed by Becky.   “You” was released as a single from the album.
