After her debut album “Nothing Gold Can Stay”, released in 2018, swedish-british singer and songwriter Tilde began right away to work on her next album – Pink Moon.
Starting in early 2020 she released the first singles “Call My Name” and “Don’t Walk Down That Road” that introduced a more introspective, dreamy and ethereal sound with an underlying darker theme which contrasts her first album. With the album being written during the pandemic, and as the world shut down, the singer found herself spending many hours in front of the screen watching classic films which in turn became an inspirational and motivational source for the album.
Even though the classic sound and the love for soul and 60s music is still very ,much present.
“During the time after my first album I was quite down and frequently found myself listening to film scores and film music”, says the singer. “When I write music I usually see images play through my mind, writing each song as if they were a part of their own movie with different characters while still keeping them all in the same universe”.
Five singles have been released prior to the album release and three music videos where the last one for the title track, Pink Moon, will be launched together with the album.
Pink Moon will be released on 19th of November on all digital platforms for stream and digital download and 12’ vinyl (released at a later date).
