Signing to Father/Daughter Records for her new solo work, London-based artist Eva Liu (Dama Scout) weaves sugary melodies through haunting soundscapes to create off-kilter pop. Being raised with a cloudy sense of identity as both Chinese and British, her lyrics often conjure the complexities of navigating these parallel worlds.
